These terms cover use of the getAdvantage website and related offers, and industrial AI services provided by Benjamin Hellmich (getAdvantage). Provider details: Legal notice.

What we offer

getAdvantage helps industrial and plant teams find and ship concrete AI use cases, and put permit-style controls in place before systems act. Public website content is information, not a binding offer.

Enquiries and calls

Contact forms, email, WhatsApp and bookings are non-binding until a separate contract is signed. Booking a call does not create a purchase obligation.

Projects and services

Scope, fees, timelines and service levels are set in a proposal, statement of work or contract. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the signed documents win.

Your responsibilities

Share only information you are allowed to share. Do not send third-party personal or plant data without a proper legal basis. You remain responsible for your credentials and systems unless we agree otherwise in writing.

No outcome guarantee

We deliver the agreed work. We do not guarantee a specific business result, production KPI or ranking unless we promise that in writing.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law forbids a limit. For other cases, we are liable only to the extent allowed by law, and only for typical foreseeable damage from breach of material duties.

Confidentiality

Each side keeps non-public project information confidential unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.

Website use

getAdvantage content, marks and media may not be copied or reused without permission, other than normal browsing. Abusive automated scraping is not allowed.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the provider's place of registration, without regard to conflict rules. Mandatory consumer protections where you live stay intact.
